1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across India. If your location is serviceable by our courier partners, your order will be delivered right to your doorstep.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499.

  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹49 will be applicable on orders below ₹499.

3. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days

  • Tier 2/3 Cities & Towns: 4 – 7 business days

  • Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary due to unexpected delays such as weather conditions, courier partner delays, or logistical disruptions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and tracking link via SMS/email. You can monitor your order status in real-time.

6. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable and recognized courier services like Delhivery, Shiprocket, DTDC, India Post, and others to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

  • If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the order may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, you may be contacted to reschedule or confirm your address.

8. Damaged or Missing Products

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID. We will resolve the issue at the earliest.

9. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
