Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them by contacting our support team.

• Once the product is dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.

Refunds Policy:

• Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• To request a refund:

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video & product images via email.

  • Once the refunds are approved , Amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
